### sec.757G Forfeiture on conviction
On conviction of a person for either of the following, the court may order the forfeiture to the State of anything owned by the person and seized under this division—
an offence against this Act;
a Planning Act offence.
The court may make any order to enforce the forfeiture it considers appropriate.
This section does not limit the court’s powers under the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 or another law.
