### sec.745 Definition for div 2 In this division— land means a parcel of land other than the part on which there is erected a building or structure that is— a dwelling place; or being used, at the relevant time, as a dwelling place. - (a) a dwelling place; or - (b) being used, at the relevant time, as a dwelling place.
