### sec.738G Migration of customers
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the transfer day for the declared channel scheme, is a customer of SunWater as a water service provider providing an irrigation service in the area of the scheme.
On the transfer day, the person becomes a customer of the irrigation entity for the scheme as a water service provider providing the irrigation service.
