### sec.737 What is the employee register for a declared channel scheme The employee register , for a declared channel scheme, is a register of employees of SunWater whom SunWater proposes to transfer to the irrigation entity for the scheme, that is prepared and approved by the chief executive officer, however called, of SunWater. The chief executive officer of SunWater may approve the employee register for the purpose of subsection (1) .
