### sec.736 Access across irrigation channels This section applies if SunWater is required to construct or maintain a means of access across an irrigation channel from a parcel of land to a road in the area of a declared channel scheme. See the repealed Act, section 127 . On the transfer day for the declared channel scheme— SunWater’s rights and obligations in relation to constructing or maintaining a means of access across the irrigation channel end; and SunWater’s rights and obligations in relation to constructing or maintaining a means of access across the irrigation channel become the rights and obligations of the irrigation entity for the scheme.
