### sec.697 Recovering amalgamation or dissolution costs The State may recover from— 2 or more water authorities the costs incurred by the State in publishing notice of the authorities’ proposed amalgamation under section 692 ; or a water authority the costs incurred by the State in publishing notice of the authority’s proposed dissolution under section 692 . s 697 sub 2003 No. 25 s 116 - (a) 2 or more water authorities the costs incurred by the State in publishing notice of the authorities’ proposed amalgamation under section 692 ; or - (b) a water authority the costs incurred by the State in publishing notice of the authority’s proposed dissolution under section 692 .
