### sec.65 Amending or replacing a water use plan The Minister may— amend a water use plan; or prepare a new water use plan to replace an existing water use plan. The Minister must amend a water use plan or prepare a new water use plan to replace an existing water use plan if the Minister is satisfied the water use plan is not addressing the risk to land and water arising from the use of water on land in the plan area. s 65 amd 2001 No. 75 s 3 sch 2 sub 2014 No. 64 ss 67 (1) , 68 (sec.65-ssec.1) The Minister may— amend a water use plan; or prepare a new water use plan to replace an existing water use plan.
