### sec.647 Draft corporate plan A category 1 water authority must prepare and submit to the Minister, for the Minister’s agreement, a draft corporate plan no later than 2 months before the start of each financial year. The authority and Minister must endeavour to reach agreement on the draft plan no later than the start of the financial year to which the plan applies. s 647 amd 2014 No. 51 s 18 (sec.647-ssec.1) A category 1 water authority must prepare and submit to the Minister, for the Minister’s agreement, a draft corporate plan no later than 2 months before the start of each financial year.
