### sec.609A Removal of all directors of board
The Governor in Council, for a category 1 water authority, or the Minister, for a category 2 water authority, may remove all the directors for the authority from office if the board—
does not comply with a public sector policy notified to the board by the Minister under this Act; or
does not comply with a direction given to the board by the Minister under this Act; or
does not comply with an obligation of the board under this Act for the preparation and submission of—
a performance plan; or
a report under a performance plan; or
a corporate plan; or
does not comply with an obligation of the board under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 for the preparation or submission of a report or plan.

- (a) does not comply with a public sector policy notified to the board by the Minister under this Act; or
- (b) does not comply with a direction given to the board by the Minister under this Act; or
- (c) does not comply with an obligation of the board under this Act for the preparation and submission of— (i) a performance plan; or (ii) a report under a performance plan; or (iii) a corporate plan; or
- (i) a performance plan; or
- (ii) a report under a performance plan; or
- (iii) a corporate plan; or
- (d) does not comply with an obligation of the board under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 for the preparation or submission of a report or plan.
- (i) a performance plan; or

- (iii) a corporate plan; or
