### sec.608 Acting director The Governor in Council, for a category 1 water authority, or the Minister, for a category 2 water authority, may appoint a person to act as director for a water authority— during a vacancy in the office; or during any period, or during all periods, when the director is absent from duty or from the State or is, for another reason, unable to perform the duties of the office. s 608 amd 2014 No. 64 s 155 sub 2019 No. 17 s 331 - (a) during a vacancy in the office; or - (b) during any period, or during all periods, when the director is absent from duty or from the State or is, for another reason, unable to perform the duties of the office.
