### sec.573 Exemption from rates Despite section 572 (2) (b) , a water authority can not make and levy rates for water activities for the following land— unoccupied State land; unallocated State land reserved for a public purpose; land occupied by the State, other than land leased by the State from a person; land prescribed under a regulation for this section. - (a) unoccupied State land; - (b) unallocated State land reserved for a public purpose; - (c) land occupied by the State, other than land leased by the State from a person; - (d) land prescribed under a regulation for this section.
