### sec.471 Vacancy in office of manager The office of the manager becomes vacant if the manager— completes a term of office; or resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or is removed from office by the Governor in Council under section 472 ; or is convicted of an indictable offence or an offence against this Act; or is a person who is an insolvent under administration. s 471 prev s 471 amd 2001 No. 75 s 70 om 2008 No. 34 s 714 pres s 471 ins 2012 No. 39 s 70 amd 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 s 2 (2) - (a) completes a term of office; or - (b) resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or - (c) is removed from office by the Governor in Council under section 472 ; or - (d) is convicted of an indictable offence or an offence against this Act; or - (e) is a person who is an insolvent under administration.
