### sec.466 Term of appointment Despite the Public Sector Act 2022 , the manager holds office for the term stated in the instrument of the manager’s appointment. The term stated in the instrument of appointment can not be longer than 5 years. However, the manager is eligible for reappointment. s 466 ins 2012 No. 39 s 70 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.466-ssec.1) Despite the Public Sector Act 2022 , the manager holds office for the term stated in the instrument of the manager’s appointment.
