### sec.459 Office to keep and maintain database
The office must keep and maintain a database of information relevant to monitoring underground water, including—
information obtained by the office under chapter 3 ; and
information given to the office for, in or under an underground water impact report.
The database may be kept in the way the manager considers appropriate, including, for example, in an electronic form.

(sec.459-ssec.1) The office must keep and maintain a database of information relevant to monitoring underground water, including— information obtained by the office under chapter 3 ; and information given to the office for, in or under an underground water impact report.
(sec.459-ssec.2) The database may be kept in the way the manager considers appropriate, including, for example, in an electronic form.
- (a) information obtained by the office under chapter 3 ; and
- (b) information given to the office for, in or under an underground water impact report.
