### sec.433B Arbitrator’s functions The arbitrator has authority to decide the dispute by the issuance of an award. However, the arbitrator may decide a matter the subject of the dispute only to the extent it is not subject to a make good agreement between the parties. The award must be made within 6 months after the appointment of the arbitrator. s 433B ins 2018 No. 24 s 266 (sec.433B-ssec.1) The arbitrator has authority to decide the dispute by the issuance of an award.
