### sec.429 Who may attend conference
The authorised officer directed to conduct the conference under section 428 and the parties to the dispute may attend it.
A party may be represented by an agent only if the authorised officer agrees.
Also, with the authorised officer’s approval, someone else may be present to help a party attending the conference.
However, a party can not be represented by a lawyer unless the other party agrees and the authorised officer is satisfied there is no disadvantage to a party.

(sec.429-ssec.1) The authorised officer directed to conduct the conference under section 428 and the parties to the dispute may attend it.
