### sec.407 Effect of an agreement under this part If an agreement relating to a water bore is entered into under section 406 — the agreement is taken to be a make good agreement for the bore for the purposes of part 5 ; and the resource tenure holder is taken to have complied with the holder’s obligation to undertake a bore assessment for the bore under section 417 . s 407 prev s 407 ins 2006 No. 59 s 82 om 2008 No. 34 s 714 pres s 407 ins 2010 No. 53 s 195 amd 2014 No. 64 s 111 - (a) the agreement is taken to be a make good agreement for the bore for the purposes of part 5 ; and - (b) the resource tenure holder is taken to have complied with the holder’s obligation to undertake a bore assessment for the bore under section 417 .
