### sec.396 Method of undertaking baseline assessment In undertaking a baseline assessment of a water bore, a resource tenure holder must comply with— guidelines made by the chief executive under section 395 ; or if there are no guidelines—best practice industry standards for carrying out work similar in nature to undertaking a baseline assessment. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
