### sec.382 Public notice and copies of report
The responsible entity must—
publish a notice about the proposed underground water impact report or final report in the way required by the chief executive; and
give a copy of the notice to each owner of a water bore within the area to which the report relates.
The responsible entity for a cumulative management area must also give a copy of the notice to each holder of a CMA tenure within the area, other than the holder of a closing CMA tenure.
The notice must state each of the following—
a description of the area to which the report relates;
that copies of the report may be obtained from the responsible entity;
how the copies may be obtained;
that—
written submissions on the report may be given; and
the submissions must be given to the responsible entity; and
a copy of the submissions must be given to the chief executive;
the day that is at least 20 business days after the notice is published by which the submissions may be made;
where the submissions may be given.
The responsible entity must—
give a copy of the report to each person who requests a copy; and
advise the chief executive that the entity has complied with subsections (1) and (2) .
