### sec.366 Obligation to use best endeavours to obtain approvals A resource tenure holder must use its best endeavours to obtain any approval necessary to comply with its obligations under this chapter. In this section— approval includes a licence, permit, authorisation, consent, permission or other authority required under this Act or another Act. s 366 ins 2010 No. 53 s 195 amd 2014 No. 64 s 75 (sec.366-ssec.1) A resource tenure holder must use its best endeavours to obtain any approval necessary to comply with its obligations under this chapter.
