### sec.360T Civil liability not affected by code Compliance or noncompliance with the bulk water supply code does not— create a civil cause of action based on the compliance or noncompliance; or affect or limit a civil right or remedy that exists apart from this Act, whether at common law or otherwise. Without limiting subsection (1) (b) , compliance with the bulk water supply code does not necessarily show that a civil obligation that exists apart from this Act has been satisfied or has not been breached. s 360T ins 2006 No. 23 s 9 amd 2008 No. 34 s 703 ; 2010 No. 20 s 86 sub 2012 No. 39 s 51 (sec.360T-ssec.1) Compliance or noncompliance with the bulk water supply code does not— create a civil cause of action based on the compliance or noncompliance; or affect or limit a civil right or remedy that exists apart from this Act, whether at common law or otherwise.
