### sec.344 Desired level of service objectives A regulation may prescribe— the desired level of service objectives for water security for the SEQ region, or part of the SEQ region; or the desired level of service objectives for water security for a designated region, or part of the designated region. The Minister may recommend to the Governor in Council a regulation under subsection (1) only if the Minister is satisfied sections 345 and 346 have been complied with for the regulation. However, the Minister may recommend to the Governor in Council a regulation under subsection (1) that is only to correct a minor error or make another change that is not a change of substance even though only section 345 has been complied with for the regulation.
