### sec.219 Additional information may be required The chief executive may require— the applicant to give additional information about the application, including, for example, a statement of environmental effects; or any information included in the application, or any additional information required under paragraph (a) , to be verified by statutory declaration. If the applicant fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the requirement within the reasonable time stated in the requirement, the application lapses. s 219 amd 2003 No. 25 s 78 sub 2014 No. 64 ss 67 (1) , 68 (sec.219-ssec.1) The chief executive may require— the applicant to give additional information about the application, including, for example, a statement of environmental effects; or any information included in the application, or any additional information required under paragraph (a) , to be verified by statutory declaration.
