### sec.217B Definitions for part In this part— duly qualified person means a person prescribed by regulation to be a duly qualified person for stated measurement requirements. faulty , in relation to a measurement device or measurement system, means faulty or otherwise not operating properly, within the meaning prescribed by regulation. relevant authorisation , in relation to a measurement requirement, means an authorisation declared under section 217C to be subject to the measurement requirement. s 217B ins 2023 No. 24 s 39
