### sec.210 Conditions of operations licence The operations licence is subject to the conditions— prescribed by regulation; and the chief executive may impose for a particular licence. Without limiting subsection (1) , the conditions may require the licensee to do the following— calculate or measure water taken under the water entitlements to which the licence relates, and record, or transmit or otherwise report, information about the water taken; give relevant information reasonably required by the chief executive for the administration or enforcement of this Act. s 210 amd 2005 No. 19 s 81 ; 2006 No. 59 s 69 ; 2014 No. 40 s 140 sub 2014 No. 64 ss 67 (1) , 68 amd 2023 No. 24 s 38 (sec.210-ssec.1) The operations licence is subject to the conditions— prescribed by regulation; and the chief executive may impose for a particular licence.
