### sec.208 Criteria for deciding application for operations licence In deciding whether to grant or refuse the application or what should be the conditions of the operations licence, the chief executive— must consider the application and any additional information given in relation to the application; and may consider whether the applicant has been convicted of an offence against this Act, the repealed Act or an interstate law. s 208 amd 2001 No. 75 s 53 ; 2005 No. 19 s 80 ; 2011 No. 40 s 61 ; 2013 No. 23 s 258 sub 2014 No. 64 ss 67 (1) , 68 - (a) must consider the application and any additional information given in relation to the application; and - (b) may consider whether the applicant has been convicted of an offence against this Act, the repealed Act or an interstate law.
