### sec.206 Applying for operations licence
A person may apply for an operations licence.
The application must be—
made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
accompanied by the written consent of the relevant water entitlement holders; and
supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.

(sec.206-ssec.1) A person may apply for an operations licence.
(sec.206-ssec.2) The application must be— made to the chief executive in the approved form; and accompanied by the written consent of the relevant water entitlement holders; and supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
