### sec.203G Report by official This section applies if an official gives a relevant entity a direction under section 203B (1) in relation to a water quality issue. The official must prepare and publish a report stating the following— details of the water quality issue; the circumstances under which the urgent action, or prevention of action, by the entity was necessary; any action taken, or any action not taken, by the entity as a result of the direction. In preparing the report the official must consult with the relevant entity.
