### sec.203E Protection of relevant entity
Subsection (2) applies to a relevant entity given a direction under section 203B (1) that takes action, or does not take action, that is—
inconsistent with the entity’s current supply contractual arrangements; and
in compliance with the direction.
The relevant entity is not liable for loss or damage caused by taking the action or not taking the action.
Subsection (2) —
applies only to the extent the relevant entity acted honestly and without negligence; and
does not affect the relevant entity’s liability for negligence.
