### sec.189 Additional information may be required The chief executive may require all or any of the following to give additional information about the application within a stated reasonable period— the holder of the resource operations licence or a distribution operations licence; the transferee; for an application to transfer all or part of a distribution operations licence, if relevant— the current infrastructure owner; or the incoming owner. The chief executive may require information in the application, or any additional information required under subsection (1) , to be verified by statutory declaration.
