### sec.137 Applying for water permit
A person may apply for a water permit for taking water for an activity.
At the time the application is made, the activity, must have a reasonably foreseeable conclusion date.
The application must be—
made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
supported by sufficient information to enable the chief executive to decide the application; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.

(sec.137-ssec.1) A person may apply for a water permit for taking water for an activity.
(sec.137-ssec.2) At the time the application is made, the activity, must have a reasonably foreseeable conclusion date.
