### sec.1305 Application of new s 130 to particular applications for dealings with water licences This section applies in relation to an application for a dealing with a water licence if— the proposed dealing is an amendment to add, remove or change a condition of the licence; and the application was made during the transition period. The chief executive must not decide the application during the transition period. The application is taken to be made on the day of the commencement. New section 130 applies in relation to the application. If the application was purportedly decided before the commencement, the purported decision is of no effect. s 1305 ins 2023 No. 24 s 33 (sec.1305-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an application for a dealing with a water licence if— the proposed dealing is an amendment to add, remove or change a condition of the licence; and the application was made during the transition period.
