### sec.1302 Definitions for division In this division— former , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement of the provision in which the term is used. introduction day means the day the Bill for the Water Legislation Amendment Act 2023 was introduced into the Legislative Assembly. new , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from the commencement of the provision in which the term is used. transition period means the period— starting on the introduction day; and ending on the day before the day of the commencement. s 1302 ins 2023 No. 24 s 33 - (a) starting on the introduction day; and - (b) ending on the day before the day of the commencement.
