### sec.1270 Certificates or notices about water allocations continue under the amended Act
This section applies to—
a certificate under the unamended Act relating to an application for a dealing with a water allocation if the certificate is valid and the dealing to which it relates has not been recorded in the register; or
a notice given under section 101(1)(a), (b) or (c) of the unamended Act if the notice is in force and the ownership or interest to which it relates has not been recorded in the register.
The certificate or notice continues to have effect and may be dealt under the amended Act.

(sec.1270-ssec.1) This section applies to— a certificate under the unamended Act relating to an application for a dealing with a water allocation if the certificate is valid and the dealing to which it relates has not been recorded in the register; or a notice given under section 101(1)(a), (b) or (c) of the unamended Act if the notice is in force and the ownership or interest to which it relates has not been recorded in the register.
(sec.1270-ssec.2) The certificate or notice continues to have effect and may be dealt under the amended Act.
- (a) a certificate under the unamended Act relating to an application for a dealing with a water allocation if the certificate is valid and the dealing to which it relates has not been recorded in the register; or
- (b) a notice given under section 101(1)(a), (b) or (c) of the unamended Act if the notice is in force and the ownership or interest to which it relates has not been recorded in the register.
