### sec.1252 Limitations and prohibitions relating to water in force before commencement
Subsection (2) applies if—
the Minister or chief executive has published a notice limiting or prohibiting taking or interfering with water; and
the notice is in force at the commencement.
The notice continues in force after the commencement and has effect as if the unamended Act had not been amended.
Subsection (4) applies if a regulation limiting or prohibiting taking or interfering with water is in force under the amended Act at the commencement.
The regulation continues in force after the commencement and has effect as if the unamended Act had not been amended.

(sec.1252-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— the Minister or chief executive has published a notice limiting or prohibiting taking or interfering with water; and the notice is in force at the commencement.
