### sec.1250P Cancellation or surrender of associated water licence Subsection (2) applies to a cancellation of an associated water licence by the chief executive under section 132(1)(c) as applied by section 1250N. Section 134, as applied by section 1250O, applies to the cancellation— as if a reference in the section to an amendment of an associated water licence were a reference to the cancellation of the licence; and with any necessary changes. The holder of an associated water licence may surrender the licence by giving the chief executive notice of the surrender.
