### sec.1250 Definitions for pt 8 In this part— amended Act means this Act as in force after the commencement. application includes a request and a submission for a decision by the chief executive. commencement means the commencement of this section. consultation process , for a resource operations plan, means a process under which— the Minister has published a notice about a draft or amending water resource plan for public consultation; or the chief executive has published a notice about a draft or amending resource operations plan for public consultation. corresponding provision , of the amended Act, for a matter, means the provision of that Act that corresponds, or most closely corresponds, to a provision of the unamended Act for that matter. deferred aspect , for a resource operations plan, means a deferred aspect under section 103 of the unamended Act. s 1250 def deferred aspect ins 2014 No. 64 s 201 (amd 2016 No. 60 s 18 (1) ) new , in relation to a provision number, means the provision of that number of the amended Act. old , in relation to a provision number, means the provision of that number of the unamended Act. unamended Act means this Act as in force immediately before the commencement. s 1250 ins 2014 No. 64 s 201 - (a) the Minister has published a notice about a draft or amending water resource plan for public consultation; or - (b) the chief executive has published a notice about a draft or amending resource operations plan for public consultation.
