### sec.1220 Definitions for sdiv 4 In this subdivision— existing customer contract means a contract for the supply of non-potable water between an SEQ service provider and a person that is in effect immediately before the commencement of the amending Act, section 51. existing grid contract means— a grid contract document made under previous section 360ZDD(1) that is in effect immediately before the repeal of that section under the amending Act; or a new contract under the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009 , section 92CU , that is in effect immediately before the commencement of the amending Act, section 51. market rules means the market rules made under previous section 360ZCX and in effect immediately before the repeal of that section under the amending Act, section 51. non-potable water means water that has not been treated by a service provider. transitional regulation see section 1225(1). s 1220 ins 2012 No. 39 s 77 - (a) a grid contract document made under previous section 360ZDD(1) that is in effect immediately before the repeal of that section under the amending Act; or - (b) a new contract under the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009 , section 92CU , that is in effect immediately before the commencement of the amending Act, section 51.
