### sec.1181 Existing agreements between petroleum tenure holders and bore owners
This section applies if, on the commencement, an agreement is in force between a petroleum tenure holder and a bore owner about a water bore affected by the exercise of the holder’s underground water rights.
From the commencement—
the holder is taken to have complied with the holder’s obligation to undertake a bore assessment for the bore under chapter 3, part 5, division 2; and
the agreement is taken to be a make good agreement entered into between the holder and bore owner for the water bore for the purposes of chapter 3, part 5.

(sec.1181-ssec.1) This section applies if, on the commencement, an agreement is in force between a petroleum tenure holder and a bore owner about a water bore affected by the exercise of the holder’s underground water rights.
(sec.1181-ssec.2) From the commencement— the holder is taken to have complied with the holder’s obligation to undertake a bore assessment for the bore under chapter 3, part 5, division 2; and the agreement is taken to be a make good agreement entered into between the holder and bore owner for the water bore for the purposes of chapter 3, part 5.
- (a) the holder is taken to have complied with the holder’s obligation to undertake a bore assessment for the bore under chapter 3, part 5, division 2; and
- (b) the agreement is taken to be a make good agreement entered into between the holder and bore owner for the water bore for the purposes of chapter 3, part 5.
