### sec.1170 Continuing application of ch 8, pt 2 This section applies to a development application made but not decided under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement. Chapter 8, part 2 of this Act as in force before the commencement continues to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced. In this section— commencement means the day this section commences. s 1170 ins 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 (sec.1170-ssec.1) This section applies to a development application made but not decided under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement. (sec.1170-ssec.2) Chapter 8, part 2 of this Act as in force before the commencement continues to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced. (sec.1170-ssec.3) In this section— commencement means the day this section commences.
