### sec.115 Effect of disposal of part of land to which application for water licence relates Subsection (2) applies if— an application for a water licence is made to the chief executive; and the applicant disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under section 114 . The application lapses on the day the applicant disposes of the part. s 115 amd 2005 No. 19 s 34 sub 2013 No. 23 s 241 ; 2014 No. 64 ss 67 (1) , 68 (sec.115-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— an application for a water licence is made to the chief executive; and the applicant disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under section 114 . (sec.115-ssec.2) The application lapses on the day the applicant disposes of the part. - (a) an application for a water licence is made to the chief executive; and - (b) the applicant disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and - (c) at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under section 114 .
