### sec.1129 References in Acts and documents
A reference in an Act or document to—
the Gladstone Area Water Board Act 1984 may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to chapter 4 of this Act; and
the Water Resources Act 1989 , the Water Act 1926 or the Rights in Water and Water Conservation and Utilization Act 1910 may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to this Act; and
a water entitlement of a particular type under the repealed Act may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to a similar entitlement under this Act; and
a water entitlement holder under the repealed Act may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the holder of a similar entitlement under this Act; and
the repealed Act, or the Land Act 1897 , the Land Act 1902 or the Land Act 1910 , may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to this Act; and
a section of the repealed Act, or the Land Act 1897 , the Land Act 1902 or the Land Act 1910 , may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the corresponding section in this Act.

- (f) a section of the repealed Act, or the Land Act 1897 , the Land Act 1902 or the Land Act 1910 , may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the corresponding section in this Act.
