### sec.1110 Application of div 2 This division applies— if the commercialised business unit previously within the department and known as State Water Projects (the corporatised entity ) was corporatised under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 before the commencement of this division—on the commencement; or if the commercialised business unit within the department known as State Water Projects (the corporatised entity ) is corporatised under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 on or after the commencement—the day the corporatised entity is corporatised. - (a) if the commercialised business unit previously within the department and known as State Water Projects (the corporatised entity ) was corporatised under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 before the commencement of this division—on the commencement; or - (b) if the commercialised business unit within the department known as State Water Projects (the corporatised entity ) is corporatised under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 on or after the commencement—the day the corporatised entity is corporatised.
