### sec.1013D Minister’s and Treasurer’s power to give joint directions to bulk water supply authority The Minister and Treasurer may give the bulk water supply authority a written joint direction if the Minister and Treasurer are satisfied it is necessary to give the direction— to give effect to this Act; or to facilitate water industry reform in the State; or to ensure a financially viable water industry in the State. The bulk water supply authority must comply with the direction. The Minister must gazette a copy of the direction within 21 days after it is given. s 1013D ins 2007 No. 58 s 117 sch 2 amd 2012 No. 39 s 102 sch pt 2 (sec.1013D-ssec.1) The Minister and Treasurer may give the bulk water supply authority a written joint direction if the Minister and Treasurer are satisfied it is necessary to give the direction— to give effect to this Act; or to facilitate water industry reform in the State; or to ensure a financially viable water industry in the State. (sec.1013D-ssec.2) The bulk water supply authority must comply with the direction.
