### sec.1013CA Fees—evidence and timing of payment
This section applies to a person if—
a document lodged by the person must be accompanied by a fee under this Act; and
the person uses an approved payment method to pay the fee; and
the fee is received by the entity to which the fee must be paid within the prescribed period for receiving an amount using the approved payment method.
The fee is taken to accompany the document if the document is accompanied by evidence of the fee having been paid using the approved payment method.
a receipt for an electronic funds transfer
If the document is accompanied by evidence of the fee having been paid using the approved payment method, the fee is taken to have been paid at the time the person lodged the document under this Act.
This section does not apply in relation to a titles registry fee.

(sec.1013CA-ssec.1) This section applies to a person if— a document lodged by the person must be accompanied by a fee under this Act; and the person uses an approved payment method to pay the fee; and the fee is received by the entity to which the fee must be paid within the prescribed period for receiving an amount using the approved payment method.
(sec.1013CA-ssec.2) The fee is taken to accompany the document if the document is accompanied by evidence of the fee having been paid using the approved payment method. a receipt for an electronic funds transfer
(sec.1013CA-ssec.3) If the document is accompanied by evidence of the fee having been paid using the approved payment method, the fee is taken to have been paid at the time the person lodged the document under this Act.
(sec.1013CA-ssec.4) This section does not apply in relation to a titles registry fee.
