### sec.1003A Chief executive may approve standard agreement
The chief executive may approve a document (a standard agreement ) to operate as a private water supply agreement in the absence of the agreement of the registered owners of particular land.
The chief executive must gazette the approval of the standard agreement.
On and from the day the former water area to which the standard agreement applies is dissolved, the standard agreement applies as a private water supply agreement for the area until the registered owners enter into a private water supply agreement to replace the standard agreement.

(sec.1003A-ssec.1) The chief executive may approve a document (a standard agreement ) to operate as a private water supply agreement in the absence of the agreement of the registered owners of particular land.
(sec.1003A-ssec.2) The chief executive must gazette the approval of the standard agreement.
(sec.1003A-ssec.3) On and from the day the former water area to which the standard agreement applies is dissolved, the standard agreement applies as a private water supply agreement for the area until the registered owners enter into a private water supply agreement to replace the standard agreement.
