### sec.99ZZ Authorisations for competition legislation
The following things are specifically authorised for competition legislation—
appointing, under part 5 , a company to administer the scheme;
granting, amending, transferring, suspending, cancelling or surrendering a container approval;
a container collection agreement;
a container recovery agreement;
a material recovery agreement;
the conduct of a person negotiating, entering into and performing an agreement mentioned in paragraph (c) , (d) or (e) .
Anything authorised to be done by subsection (1) is authorised only to the extent to which it would otherwise contravene the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwlth) or the Competition Code of Queensland.
In this section—
competition legislation means the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwlth) , section 51 (1) (b) or the Competition Code of Queensland , section 51 .

(sec.99ZZ-ssec.3) In this section— competition legislation means the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwlth) , section 51 (1) (b) or the Competition Code of Queensland , section 51 .
