### sec.99ZR Container approval continues in force
A container approval continues in force until the approval is cancelled or surrendered.
However, if a container approval is suspended, the approval does not have effect for the period of the suspension.
Despite subsections (1) and (2) , a person, other than a manufacturer of a beverage product the subject of the container approval, does not commit an offence against this part—
if the container used for the beverage product is no longer registered because the container approval has been cancelled or surrendered, or is suspended; and
merely because the container used for the product is not registered.
