### sec.99ZP Notice of container approval If the chief executive decides to grant the container approval for a beverage product, the notice given to the manufacturer under section 173W must state the matters mentioned in section 99ZM (3) for the beverage product. The chief executive must give a copy of the notice about the decision to the Organisation within 10 business days after making the decision. s 99ZP ins 2017 No. 31 s 4 (sec.99ZP-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant the container approval for a beverage product, the notice given to the manufacturer under section 173W must state the matters mentioned in section 99ZM (3) for the beverage product. (sec.99ZP-ssec.2) The chief executive must give a copy of the notice about the decision to the Organisation within 10 business days after making the decision.
