### sec.99M Meaning of container A container is— a container that is made to— contain a beverage; and when filled with a beverage, be sealed for storage, transport and handling before being sold for the beverage to be consumed; or another container prescribed by regulation as a container for this section. However, a container does not include a container prescribed by regulation to not be a container for this section. s 99M ins 2017 No. 31 s 4 (sec.99M-ssec.1) A container is— a container that is made to— contain a beverage; and when filled with a beverage, be sealed for storage, transport and handling before being sold for the beverage to be consumed; or another container prescribed by regulation as a container for this section. (sec.99M-ssec.2) However, a container does not include a container prescribed by regulation to not be a container for this section. - (a) a container that is made to— (i) contain a beverage; and (ii) when filled with a beverage, be sealed for storage, transport and handling before being sold for the beverage to be consumed; or - (i) contain a beverage; and - (ii) when filled with a beverage, be sealed for storage, transport and handling before being sold for the beverage to be consumed; or - (b) another container prescribed by regulation as a container for this section. - (i) contain a beverage; and - (ii) when filled with a beverage, be sealed for storage, transport and handling before being sold for the beverage to be consumed; or
